I had my new windows installed by your company yesterday and I couldn’t be any happier with the job. The two installers only finished what was a wonderful experience. In a time when all you hear about are home improvement companies ripping customers off, it’s a pleasure to find a company to deliver exactly what they promised.
Approximately four weeks ago, I called your office on the recommendation of a friend who had windows put in by your company. This friend is a real stickler for work being done properly so when he recommends anything, I listen, and I’m glad I did. I called your office and made an appointment for an estimate. The next day, Lou Jr. came by and gave me an exact price and didn’t try to sell anymore than I needed. He gave me the option on a picture window, which was in pretty good shape and explained the benefits of replacing it, which I did, and now I’m very happy I did. He explained to me exactly what would be done and it was. I am always a person to get a couple of estimates, but felt so confident with Lou’s offer, that I didn’t look anywhere else. Four weeks later, two brothers showed up with my windows and installed them just like they were doing their own home. They were so polite they didn’t even criticize by bad coffee. They were very conscientious of everything they did and touch in my house. I felt that I could have left after letting them in and come back when they were done and not have to worry about my house or possessions. When they were done and gone the only way you could tell they were here is by the beautiful new windows. I have already had my neighbors comment on the wonderful job and asked for your number. I live in a condominium and will highly recommend that if anybody is looking to replace their windows to call Airetite. It is a real pleasure that in a day and age when people don’t have time for others to find a family run business like yours that really does deliver what they promise. Be assured that I will sing your praises to everyone I know. It truly was a pleasure doing business with you.
